Vietnam is a country with a long coastline with three sides touching the sea. The coasts, bays, and islands of Vietnam constantly capture travelers because they are so beautiful and romantic.
When it comes to islands, everyone knows that Tam Dao and Co To Island are in the north, Phu Quoc Island is in the south, and Ly Son Island is in the middle. It is one of Quang Ngai province's beautiful and untouched islands. Let's join our group to embark on a two-day, one-night adventure to Ly Son Island!
We left Da Nang at 4:30 a.m., traveled a great distance to Sa Ky Port, and arrived in time for the morning train to the island. There were only around 10 high-speed trains taking passengers to the island during the day, so we chose 9: 00 a.m that time frame. when we arrived at the place to buy train tickets, we had breakfast, drank coffee, and waited for the train to arrive on time
We were able to set foot on the island after about 90 minutes of floating on the sea, and we returned to the hotel where we had left our baggage and personal effects. Almost every motel and hotel has a motorcycle rental service here, so our group of four should rent two cars and drive to lunch, as everyone is hungry at this time. The hostess directed us to a prominent restaurant that specializes in regional cuisine and serves fresh seafood. We ordered a variety of local dishes to savor, including fish cakes and various types of shellfish. I was particularly surprised with the seaweed salad, which was not overly fishy but sweet and crispy.
After eating, we went to Hang Pagoda, which is a place worth visiting since it overlooks a long, gorgeous beach with many undulating rocks, blue seawater, and even pebbles. A group of pals introduced us to the coral diving service here while we were small undersea. Because the seawater was so lovely at noon, the party decided to go snorkeling and see the coral with a guide. Two words of voyeurism are insufficient to describe this fantastic experience; the wildlife here is still natural, and the sea is not polluted. The ecosystems beneath the sea are stunning, with everything from corals to fish.
The meandering route through the moss-colored, green grass going to the summit of Thoi Loi mountain is quite magnificent, and from the top, we have a panoramic view of the entire island district. When we arrived, the garlic was just in season, so we hadn't tried the island's famous garlic salad. Only then did I learn that the garlic crop was grown for 5-6 months beginning in September of last year and harvested in February and March of the following year; if I return, I will do so in February and March to sample the dish. This well-known garlic salad.
The National Flag Pole on Thoi Loi Peak, which not only has a humanistic connotation but is also likened to a milestone establishing Vietnam's sovereignty over oceans and islands, is a memorable landmark to see. This endeavor demonstrates the young generation's nationwide cooperative effort, consensus, and readiness to safeguard their homeland.
Cau cave, located beneath Thoi Loi peak, is a fascinating location. On one side, there is a soft sandy beach with a clear blue sea, and on the other, there is a rocky mountain cave that appears to be eroded by wind and waves. The cliff has many grooves in rows, unlike other caves, which are rugged. Because it is the dry season, we see a lot of people swimming and snorkeling here, and the children are having a fantastic time constructing sandcastles.
Before I went there, I thought it was extremely majestic, but when I got there, I found it not well my expectations, the gong was fairly low, and it wasn't as shimmering as I'd read in the prior review, which is probably due to the way you guys captured the camera viewpoint so brilliantly. Hihihi
The next morning, we went on a tour of Be Island, a small island in the Ly Son island district that took us approximately 15 minutes to get by canoe. The sensation is incredible, and if you enjoy speed, you must try it. Here, for the first time, I witnessed a flying fish flying over the sea.
Our mode of transportation on the island is a tuk-tuk, and everyone is fascinated by it. We were taken on a tour of the island, stopping at some of the more intriguing and scenic locations. The sea is wilder and bluer here than it is on the main island. It is compared to the Philippines' Maldives island.
As gifts, onions, garlic, fish cakes, and seaweed are available. These are natural gifts from the countryside that locals utilize and process in order to support themselves and provide delectable presents and equipment to their loved ones.
We arrived at the train station at 13:00 to board the train back to the mainland, and our entire party was ecstatic. Everyone thought we would surely return.
