Hello, I would like to share with you information about a beautiful municipality that I visited. Namely, the settlement and the municipality are located on the Sava River, more precisely on the border of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia. A wonderful place. It is in the extreme northeast of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Name of settlement is Orasje.
Orasje has around 3,600 inhabitants and the city was created by Muslims who fled Serbia after its independence. Orasje was created between 1830 and 1867. The city was designed by the French and every street leads to the Sava River.
Also, the first agricultural cooperative in Bosnia and Herzegovina was opened in Orasje in 1904. Orasje belongs to the Posavina County and the Federation of BiH entity.
The Zupanja-Orasje bridge over the Sava connects Bosnia and Herzegovina with Croatia and its construction was completed in 1998. In Naselje Orasje, there are a lot of Dzami, as well as catering establishments.
The culture of the city is reflected in the international motorcade that takes place every year, as well as the "Croatian Film Days" that last 10 days.
I love this place and for any recommendation, to visit. Thanks
