Hello @worldmappin community friends. How are you all? I hope you are all well and healthy. Today I will share with you the experience of visiting two very old mosques which I hope you will like very much. These two mosques that I am going to share with you today were built about a thousand years ago. When you look at these two very old structures, it seems that they are able to compete with modern architectural styles. This is a shining example of the beautiful elegant architecture and interior design that was possible even so many years ago. Anyone of you will be fascinated by the unique architectural style of these two buildings. It is said that one of these two mosques was built a thousand years ago and the other was built approximately 400 years ago. The two mosques still stand tall as witnesses of history. Today I will share with you the experience of how I felt after visiting these two ancient monuments. I hope you will enjoy reading today's blog. You will know the history very well. So let's get started.

First, I and my friend took my hobby bike and set out for the Jhaudia Shahi Mosque. The location of the Jhaudia Shahi Mosque is in Jhaudia Bazar of Kushtia district. First, I and my friend took my motorcycle from my own district Meherpur to Jhaudia Bazar. Later, after reaching Jhaudia Bazar. With the help of the local people, we reached the Jhaudia Shahi Mosque. As soon as we reached the mosque, we were surprised to see that the mosque seemed to be an ancient structure. First, we left the motorcycle and looked at the main gate of the mosque. The main gate looks like it was built in a very ancient architectural style. Every piece of work on the gate seems to have been done with great skill and there are two huge domes on both sides of the gate of the mosque. It was very nice to see the two domes. You can imagine how old it is by looking at each design of the gate and the design of the domes on both sides of the gate.

Then my friend and I entered the mosque by taking off our shoes. After entering through the main gate of the mosque, we saw that the floor was beautifully labeled with concrete under the open sky so that the worshipers could offer prayers here too. These works were done a long time ago, at least 400 years ago. Then we kept looking around. Then, moving a little further, we saw the inner gate of the mosque. Just looking at the inner gate, we can understand how old it is and the minaret of the mosque can be seen beautifully through the inner gate. Seeing the flowers of the minaret of the mosque from outside, my interest in entering inside increased to a great extent.

Then before we entered through the second gate, we noticed the burnt clay crafts on both sides of the gate and saw that they were all in a dilapidated condition. By looking at the terracotta works and plaques, it is easy to guess how old and how old it is. Then we entered through the second door. After entering the mosque, I was shocked. How can the interior design of a mosque that is 400 years old be so beautiful? Anyone who comes here and sees the interior design can be impressed. All the interior designs inside are done with meticulous skill and craftsmanship. In a word, it is not one but an endless design.

As soon as I entered the mosque, I saw the muezzin standing in front of the beautiful minaret and calling the call to prayer. The minaret was as beautiful as the sound of the muezzin's call to prayer was as sweet. And if you notice one thing, you will see that the interior design of the mosque has so many flower designs that no flower design has any similarity with the other flower designs. Each flower seems to have been made by a skilled craftsman with great skill. I look at each flower and my eyes are filled with tears. You will understand this by looking at the pictures above.

I was fascinated by the beautiful terracotta flowers decorated under the minaret of the mosque, where the Imam Sahib stands to lead the prayer. If you look closely at the flowers above, you will understand that there is a difference in the design of one flower from another. The magnificent design of the mosque's dome fascinated me even more. In a word, I have gained a different experience by coming here, this experience is unforgettable.

Then a wooden box caught my eye. This wooden box is actually a donation box. People from far and wide come here to travel and donate here. I also donated 100 taka in this box and I kept looking around and looking at many more designs. In short, I can't take my eyes off the interior design. Meanwhile, I caught sight of the wooden door of the mosque. The wooden door looks like a thousand-year-old door but the cut is still natural. I shook the door with my hand. You can understand by looking at the pictures above.

Then I saw some iconic designs and frames made of flowers. I couldn't help but capture them on camera. You can especially see the design below the dome of the mosque in the picture above.

Before leaving the mosque, I saw the iconic main gate again. The main gate looked great from behind, so I couldn't help but capture it with my camera. It felt like an unforgettable fort standing as a witness to history.

Then we saw two beautiful terracotta designs. Although the two designs above seem the same, if you look closely, you can see that there are differences between the two designs.

This ended our tour of Jhawdia Shahi Mosque. Coming out of the mosque, we could see a signpost. This was given by the Bangladesh Pura Kirti. After that, I went back to the main gate of the mosque to keep the memory and took a picture of myself there. From here, we left for the destination of the second mosque.

Then my friend and I moved on my bike to the neighboring upazila Alamdanga. To visit the Kholdari Shahi Mosque located in the village of Gholdari in Alamdanga. After we reached the Kholdari Shahi Mosque, we asked many village elders about the age of this mosque. Many people in this village say that this mosque was built a thousand years ago. Many people answer us like this, they have seen the mosque like this since birth. There is no specific information about how this mosque was built and who built it. What we saw while visiting the mosque is that if you look at the pictures above, you will understand that it is a very ancient building and now a new building has been built along with the original ancient building. But if you look at the architecture of the original building, it seems that it is very ancient.

Then we entered the mosque and started looking at the interior designs inside. Looking at the interior designs inside, it seems like one of the oldest structures from ages ago. Looking at the pictures above, you can understand how old the mosque is by looking at the interior designs. Since it was prayer time, we could not take more pictures. Thus ended our tour of two historical ancient buildings.
