PAHARUHAY CAMPSITE ESCAPADE - DAY 02 🌄

in Worldmappin2 years ago (edited)

The drizzling sound of raindrops woke me up early in the morning. It made me feel that nature showered its ability to appreciate itself which calmed me down. ‘Twas around 8 in the morning when the rain stopped and mister sun expressed his might. His rays was enough for us to enjoy and roam around the campsite.

Hello, hive bees! How are you? I hope everyone is well and doing great today. Our day 01 ended peacefully in which we celebrated a bonfire hoping that tomorrow's skies would turn out better with a sunrise. However, I guess life has its own surprises that even if we planned or prayed for how the things would/should happen, it'll really give us something more.

Our morning at Paharuhay turned out a cuddle-cold one - far different from the sunsrise I expected. I guess, 'twas better. Better because I got the chance to experience listening to the sound of the raindrops in our roof and how relaxing they were. It stopped but 'twas too late to witness the actual sunrise. This time, we just enjoyed the chance to roam around from the different parts of the campsite while we had the chance.

But before we did that, we took first our breakfast. They have this list of affordable breakfast bundle and other food packages depending on how many heads you want them to be served. We chose one order each for the all day breakfast regular and special.

I was not able to take a photo of our breakfast because we were hungry already so we automatically dug in when it was served. 😅

Southwest View Deck

We then went to another part of the camp after breakfast where there's another view deck located at the southwest part with a vast-clear view of the landscapes that were mesmerizing.

I could get used to this all the time. Such a very relaxing place with the touch of the fresh air kissing in my skin.

Another thing that I am amazed with this place is the way they promote nature through growing beautiful flowers. These flowers were very simple yet added a huge role for the cleanliness and can give instagramable pictures to the campers who love plants.

Paharuhay's Kubo

IMG_1928.jpeg

As we walk to the camp’s northeast part, they have this native house or “kubo” in local language. It gave the area a much more traditional Filipino touch. The kubo has a bridge connected to a round balcony-perfect for a picture with the sunrise.

Since we were only the campers there at that time, we stole the moment to acquire and appreciate the view from the kubo. The air and the view were exactly what I needed to have for my eyes and mind from the busy city of soaring buildings and polluted air.

Paharuhay is indeed an absolutely perfect place to reconnect and relax with nature. The greens that reflect in the eyes are like vitamin A. And when you close them, you can feel the fresh air that keeps on tapping on your skin. The tranquility and cleanliness are its assets. And yes! If you want to do yoga or meditation here, it would be a wholesome experience. ❤️

We went home happy and refreshed! On our way back home, we bought these delish bibingka in Catmon to complete our trip and to bring some pasalubong for our families.

I hope you were amused by my blog today! 🤗 I pray nothing but the safety of everyone. Thank you and see you on my next blog!
