Long trip to Laswitan Lagoon of Cortes Surigao del Sur Philippines

After a long long trip to Laswitan Lagoon of Cortes Surigao del Sur Philippines is totally worth it. The place was so amazing as you can experience the true beauty of nature. Before you'll reached the lagoon, you'll be having some little trekking of less than an hour but some vehicles can enter too and park in their parking area, then a little walk. Since my friend Jeanete really wants to visit the place so struggle is real hahaha.

Jeanete just having a quick vacation in the Philippines with her daughter Julia, they are living at Norway. Thanks to my old friend for a great treat for us with my kids. Way back 2019 before the pandemic strike us. Thanks to Facebook because I uploaded some of my photos their then my old phone been broken. I didn't saved all my unforgettable photos.

Upon reaching the area we've seen a lot of people already but before that some of the staffs will do some explaination about the lagoon especially our safety. It's my very first time to be in this kind of situation lol. After the details they lead us to a multicab for a ride to Laswitan Lagoon. It takes few minutes only and we enjoy the environment with a greeny thing.

After the ride, we need to walk downstair just to reach the lagoon. While I'm looking it, woaahhh! It's kind of adventure that you need to be careful in every step you do. The Laswitan Lagoon in Cortes Surigao del Sur, is such a rarity. I can't believed that I can visit this amazing place because I've seen this on tv only. The true beauty of the place starts with the lagoon, a natural basin right beside the shore, separated from the ocean by amazing rock formations that enclose. The place having a natural swimming pool lol.

Sad to say we can't see the big waves above the big rocks because of a low tide. A lot of foreigners their that even my youngest son looks like a foreigner hahaha. They really ask me what's the race of the father, actually were pure filipino but my grandfather is half Spanish(char😁). We're having a good time in that place that even Jeanete and Julia really enjoy the water.

It's time to go home and see you in my next destination. Hope all of you enjoy the Laswitan Lagoon and it's really recommended. A true adventure that you can't imagined how it goes because of the awesome environment.
