The seas in Cebu's southern region are truly glistening clean. I have visited my mother's hometown in Samboan, which is located very close to Santander, but that was a long time ago. Actually, we were just spending time together as a family by the sea near the road, but the water was all crystal clear, plus no money would be spent since it's a public beach.
