This is so beautiful and interesting! I love how they used moss to insulate the buildings!
And I think the best of all was that there was nobody else around. You cold really take your time, and better even...lose yourself in time, and rally get the feeling of what it must have been like and felt like to live their, without the activity of modern day people around you!
Thank you for sharing this with us, @littlebee4!

Even though we couldn’t enter all the buildings we saw a lot.Thank you so much @jacoalberts 😎 it was so interesting at this place. We walked around and could, like you say, forget about time and others… take it all in at our own pace.
Even today they still use natural resources to insulate the houses. We have sawdust in our walls of the cabin. The walls consist also out of wooden beams. It is old yes… almost 100 years. Very cool.
Happy I could share it with you and you came along.
Enjoy your day, almost weekend!

Wow! You have taught me something new! I didn't know they use those natural resources to insulate the houses... as you say, even in the cabin where you live! I find that really interesting. I love learning about things like this! It's amazing how something that might be normal to you, can be something I never even knew about!
Have a great Sunday, @littlebee4!

I like the same… learning about things I didn’t know.
One assumes everywhere is how it is at theirs. But really the opposite is true.
I love seeing all the differences in the countries I have lived in.
I am grateful for these experiences.
Have a wonderful Sunday 😊
