Ooooow intestine 😆 lovely. Only tried tripe once before, and I wasn't a fan. However i would probably try it, like you say they really know how to cook! I love Asian and oriental food. It's a world apart from European cuisines, which can tend towards the bland. Thanks for the luv 🥰
