I thank God occasionally for blessing the South Asian countries with such beautiful mountains and landscapes. It is also one of my dreams to trek the Himalayan range and the K2. Thissummer I visited Kashmir on a bike. Maybe I'll share a story about it here on Hive.
Do you know the similarity between these ranges in my country and yours? We both have mazaars (shrines) at the top of these mountains as I saw in your post as well. Recently I visited a range in Kashmir and on top of it was a shrine known as Pir Chanasi thus the name of that whole region has been named after him.

When I was traveling through Pakistan recently (I am german), I went to GB and Hunza (is your profile pic from Hunza?) and to Naga Parbat Basecamp and some glaciers. It's unbelievable up there.... I'm definitely coming back one day.
