great little village indeed, I wonder if all that investment is for the community or for the greed of the venture capitalists who will rent properties out to travellers at ridiculously high prices?
It is sad thnat local people are priced out of their own community this way
in that case there was European funding under the PNNR,but unfortunately in some villages there are real speculations instead
same the world over these days sadly
