Blatant theft or vandalism.... Impala in Oppenheimer Park Johannesburg this was across the road from Greatermans clothing store or going down towards library.
That is really sad. It is probably why public art is so scarce in SA as well. The money spent will not help if it keeps on getting stolen or vandalized.
