Haclagan Beach in Mercedes Eastern Samar (Part two)

Hello hivers, this is the part two of my Haclagan Beach visit.
Been wanting to post the second part but I was so tied up with errands and still catching up with workloads and sleep. 😊
So let's move on with the story time. 😊🥰

We had hoped to swim during our visit, but the timing didn't work out. Though the beach is beautiful, we prefer to spend our time marveling at the serene surroundings and enjoying the sea wind. I go for a long back-and-forth walk with my best friend. Bonn informed me that this land is separated into four sections: the home where he parks his car belongs to his parents, while the other side belongs to her Aunt and Uncle. Do you recall the last Nipa hut cottage that still stands? His relative owns the land. There was a house that was about to be built, but due to the typhoon, the construction was halted.

As we walked down by the beach, I noticed how this gem has been overlooked. If someone were to put in the effort and money to establish a resort, the area could really attract more tourists.

I can see some individuals picking up shells in a certain area from a distance. Some youngsters were having fun on the beach, while others were simply admiring the view.
If you go there, keep an eye out for broken glasses because some visitors don't put their old bottles away and end up breaking them, or some were purposefully smashed due to inebriation.

As we returned to the house, I noticed this plant and couldn't help but smile because it grows in our backyards and all over the place in our province, and as the pandemic progressed, people began to invest in new hobbies, and those hobbies included collecting and growing plants, which they are now selling on Instagram and Facebook.

We call it Badjang or Giant Taro, and you're probably aware of how much it costs to buy it on the internet. You'll be astonished to learn that some of the sellers are selling it around 1 thousand pesos or more. But in our province it's free and they could grow anywhere.

As we treasure and seize the moment, we used the time to capture a lot of shots because we didn't have much time to swim and wait for the high tide.
Had been wanting to take a jump shot, so we did a couple of them.

When we arrived at the house, we took a lot of pictures again as a reminder a terrific way to remember my holiday.
Even though I was only there for three weeks, it appears that the time I spent there was insufficient. I am still looking forward to returning to the area and swimming in the crystal-clear water next time.

It was almost 5:30 PM and it was getting dark so we have to travel back and took us 5 minutes to reach the highway and at exactly 6:45 PM I arrived home safe and sound.

And that's how I spent my Haclagan visit. 😊
Hope you like the place because I definitely love it. Till my beach adventure. 😘
