I lived outside of Soesterberg, Netherlands for a short while and the country still fascinates me. The architecture, the people, the food. You have a great way of spinning stories through your words.
The bridges and canals are always interesting, even when they are not as special as others. We all watch too many Downtown Abbeys! They are awesome.
I forever love the Keukenhof, even if it is a tourist trap, it is amazing. Ditto with the windmills. :)
I was in Amsterdam back in May and went to Keukenhof, still haven't got round to post about that!! It was a very nice visit, but like you say quite a tourist trap Denise!
The only other city I've been is Rotterdam, maybe I'll try to get out a bit more in future since the Netherlands is pretty close to UK and they have such a good public transport system.
