RE: Another beautiful Hike in Ateora - The Tongariro Alpine Crossing, New Zealand

I have seen Mt Tongariro from afar and its presence was calling for adventure. We were traveling with a 3yo. I heard the recommended age for this hike would be children at least older than 10 years old. I had no idea there are no volcanoes in Vietnam. I'm so happy for you, Dora, about this experience.

Oh yes if you were traveling with a 3yo, it is not a good idea to do this walk. As I mentioned the part to the crater lake was too dangerous, especially for children, even me struggling to keep my balance.
