This was the last stop on my 17-day trek across the Central Highlands of Vietnam's central coastline regions, and it was also the area that left the biggest impression on me. Because it's not just about the natural landscape's beauty, but also about the beauty of human culture here, and the enjoyable times spent playing sports with the youngsters of the fishing hamlet. A vast coastline running from north to south is a typical feature of the country's beauty.
Bai Nom is a town in Phu Yen province that borders Quy Nhon city - Binh Dinh. This is a quiet water harbor bordered by two low cliffs, with untouched scenery and little human damage. It truly satisfies the demands of even the most discerning sea lovers. It won't suit your needs unless you desire a luxurious seaside resort with nice lounge chairs.
In Quy Nhon, I have a friend who took a day off to go out with me before sending me back to Da Nang. To get to Bai Nom, we rode our motorcycles down the gorgeous coastline roads (about 40 minutes drive). When we turned off the main road and into the fishing village's little meandering streets, we travelled through small roadways. We are drawn to that street by the fragrance of the sea and the houses that manufacture fish sauce or dry seafood.
Only one narrow road leads to the beach, where we are greeted by a lively scene of fishing villages. The boats had returned from their fishing excursion around 3:30 p.m., and the women and their families' youngsters were assisting the men in gathering their catch. The environment is lighthearted, but they are not afraid of outsiders and are receptive to our questions when we approach and inquire about their daily activities.
The ladies unload the fish from the nets while the men undertake other duties in preparation for the catch the next night. Perhaps they fished close to the beach, because some of the fish I'm familiar with, such as the taro, don't live far out
When I inquired about the pricing of that type of fish offered on the beach, I was told that it was very inexpensive and fresh, costing only 50,000 VND per kilogram (2 USD). If purchased from a food market vendor, the price will be doubled, and the product will be significantly less fresh. We didn't plan ahead of time, so we didn't bring any cookware or vegetables to cook with.
When there is no epidemic and international tourism is open, they take visitors to a nearby island for fishing and snorkeling, and they catch fresh seafood and cook it for guests on the spot. includes a bounty of seafood including snails, sea cucumbers, sashimi, and a variety of fresh and appealing fish You can also request that they supply seafood and rent out little beach shacks so that you can relax on the beach.
We bid our goodbyes to the nice locals and proceeded to a wider, quieter stretch of sand. Plan to camp overnight to get the most out of the early morning view.
Younger children are playing soccer, while tiny females are playing an unknown game. When we arrived, though, they all came to a halt and surrounded us to inquire. Perhaps it's because we took a lot of unusual items with us, such as tents and guitars. The sun has darkened everyone's skin, yet their innocent smile is priceless. I'm not tired of them asking each other a slew of questions on our behalf. Oh! It's strange how much I like them.
My friend asked them to join a football team, so I recorded them and showed them pictures I had taken previously. They're interested in technology and believe I'm a youtuber.
The kids here play soccer with each other every day in the afternoon and are used to playing in the sand, so they have such incredible endurance and skill that my friend needs to add, "The kids play well, too."
I love playing with the kids here because they give me an abundance of energy and happiness without putting any pressure on me to forget about my troubles. When they play and frolic with each other, there are some amusing moments. Or when I put my hammock to the test, despite the fact that they believe it will shatter if more than four people sit on it. lol.
They had to return to their homes by late afternoon, so we rushed to the beach to bathe. The sand is quite fine, almost powdery, and the area around the beach is likewise very clean, with no trash. If families with little children can be guaranteed, the sea water is quiet and safe.
It's difficult to put into words the feeling of looking out across the sea to a sandy beach with rows of casuarinas stretching up the sand hills. Allow the image to do the talking.
We had pate sandwiches for dinner, built a fire, and sat down to talk and enjoy the evening. With the lights from the fishing boats close the shore, it's a really tranquil evening here. The temperature is also very good, resulting in a really relaxed atmosphere.
We were a little late getting up, oblivious to the moment when the sun rose over the horizon above the water. But that's okay; the one-of-a-kind sea of clouds likewise surpassed our visual awe.
In the morning, we strolled and glanced at the cliffs in the distance to modify the panoramic view. During the day, it is still the working environment of the people of the fishing village.
Anglers also determine the best fishing locations for themselves. We can accomplish the same with a flat stone that can be used as a picnic table.
When the sun rose, we moved to a high ledge to hide behind a large stone. Inadvertently captures the breathtaking panoramic vista of the entire bay. Are you going to feel the same way I do?
As the sun rose higher in the sky, we returned to the tent and sought shade under the trees to eat breakfast and rest. It's fantastic, and we wish we could stay longer.
This is a more rustic tourism destination with a stronger cultural identity and a tourist attraction built in. It's simply a gift from nature, with true seaside services. If you enjoy such things, Bai Nom will be a difficult alternative to pass up when visiting Phu Yen or Binh Dinh. Because I will undoubtedly return to this location many times in the future.
Thank you for taking the time to read my article. This post is also for @uwelang great marine topic @beachwednesday.

What an amazing place! Seems fun and full of life. I hope you enjoyed it a lot there.
Yes really. I want to go back there not only for the scenery, but for the smiles of the children. They make me happy and I want to help those kids too. You see they are 12, 13 years old but quite undernourished and underweight. Their life is still quite hard but they are healthy, full of vitality and optimism
The beach looks so clean bro. I love the photos of local people and children. They are so friendly and happy, which made me love that land too.
Thank you.
That place has not been exploited much and is not frequented by many people
Biển sạch anh ha
