Hi my beautiful people! How are yall? I hope yall doing good. This time is gonna be a travel post again. Your girl went to another beautiful place in Bali. It is called Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park. Located in Uluwatu. It is a huge place. There is this big statue that is known as mascott of Bali. Potraited as Dewa Wisnu riding his mount Garuda. Designed to be Indonesia’s tallest statue, Garuda Wisnu Kencana was inspired by a story from Hindu mythology about the search for Amrita (the elixir of life) source.
Here are some pictures I've taken. Enjoy!
This is the main entrance
This is the second entrance to get in to the park
When we get in, there is this pool with a beautiful statue of Goddess Lakshmi at Kura-Kura Plaza
The very famous spot to take pictures. It is a close-up statue of Lord Vishnu.
It is the view for me!
This one is Lord Vishnu riding his mount Garuda. You may can't really see it but it is big and high. You can even see it from distance when you're in some beach in Canggu.
This one is the close-up head of Lord Vishnu's mount, Garuda.
And this is the view from the restaurant. Beautiful.
We move to the mini museum of Balinesse and Javanesse culture.
Javanesse's house
Wayang Kulit
Wayang kulit is a traditional form of puppet-shadow play originally found in the cultures of Java and Bali in Indonesia. In a wayang kulit performance, the puppet figures are rear-projected on a taut linen screen with a coconut-oil (or electric) light source.
Working room
A room of beautiful plates
Living room
Inside Balinesse's house
We usually see this in every front of Balinesse's house.

Kitchen
This is how the old traditional kitchen looks like. We somehow still could see it til this day in some balinese's house.
Beautiful paintings and wood statues
These beautiful paintings and wood statues probably made by some artist in Ubud.
All pictures by me.
That is a short story of my trip at Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park. Time for Chacha's rating!
Chacha rating:
A. Atmosphere: 9/10 The place is huge and beautiful. It is just a vibe!
B. Romance 7/10 Well, this is a cultural park. I mean you can bring your date to teach them some Indonesian culture.
C. Shut up and take my money 7.5/10 There are some handicraft store you can visit. It is just not as many as places I went before. They also sell similar stuff.
D. Location 7/10 GWK is located in Uluwatu. If you stay around Canggu or Seminyak, yeah it is quite far. Need 45-60mins to get there. But you can go to some beaches after. So would still a win win.
E. Chacha feed 8/10 The food is good. They have an offer for 'all you can eat'. A good deal for yall big tummy.
Beautiful place to visit in Uluwatu, Bali. The place is huge you can even chill somewhere after you done take a look all the spots. My favourite room in the museum part is the Javanese's working room. It is mixed with some oldschool western and Indonesian traditional vibe. Which one is your fav? Share in the comment down below. I will post more places to visit in Bali. Please support me by give me upvotes and comments. Thank you loves ❤
