Hello fellow travelers of the #Pinmapple community. :D I hope everyone is enjoying their travels I just turned 27, I had already bought something as a gift for myself. But I didn't count on my partner planning to take me on a surprise trip. He woke me up at six in the morning and I had to get ready as fast as possible because we were going to be late for the bus. First we made a stop to look for his son. I was making many assumptions, until we arrived at "Villa de Leyva" a place I always wanted to know.
Hola compañeros viajeros de la comunidad Pinmaple. Espero que todos estén disfrutando de sus viajes Acabo de cumplir 27 años, ya había comprado algo como regalo para mí. Pero no contaba con que mi pareja planeaba llevarme a un viaje sorpresa. Me despertó a las seis de la mañana y tuve que prepararme lo más rápido posible porque íbamos a llegar tarde al autobús. Primero hicimos una parada en busca de su hijo. Estuve haciendo muchas suposiciones, hasta que llegamos a "Villa de Leyva" un lugar que siempre quise conocer.
It is a municipality of Boyacá, currently Villa de Leyva is recognized in the country, and outside it, as an ideal place for rest, encounter with history, science, art and culture, besides having large spaces for the encounter with nature. For years it has been known for its semi-desert climate. The place has also been used as a set for soap operas.

Since it was our first time here, we got lost and walked around quite a bit, but that's the great thing about being a tourist, experiencing the places for yourself. It was hot, but since I had no idea where we were going, I came warm because of the cold I am used to in Tunja.

It was surrounded by stores and a great variety of restaurants, some very expensive that could exceed 20 dollars and others at a more affordable price.

We also found a Peruvian and a Venezuelan restaurant.

After walking for an hour getting to know the place, we found the main square of Villa de Leyva. Already at this point I suspected he was up to something.

I started playing with his son, we made wishes at the fountain and half an hour later my sister-in-law and my mother-in-law arrived, and it was a surprise, since it had been more than a year since I had seen them. They arrived with several gifts and these sunflowers which are my favorite flowers. I was so excited because I had never received such a surprise and then we started looking for a restaurant to eat at. I am grateful for all the love and attention I received that day, all my family is in Venezuela but I loved feeling the warmth of my second family.
Me puse a jugar con su hijo, pedimos deseos en la fuente y media hora después llegaron mi cuñada y mi suegra, y fue una sorpresa, pues hacía más de un año que no las veía. Llegaron con varios regalos y estos girasoles que son mis flores favoritas. Estaba tan emocionada porque nunca había recibido una sorpresa así y luego nos pusimos a buscar un restaurante para comer. Estoy agradecida por todo el cariño y atención que recibí ese día, toda mi familia está en Venezuela pero me encantó sentir el calor de mi segunda familia.
