It sounds likes something out of a Harry Potter book - defense against the dark arts?
But this one has the national flag draped down the front of it in lights. From a distance it is stunningly obvious that the intent is to have a giant flag made of lights. Of course, it will not have the golden sun and it rays in the middle but beautiful just the same.
I was out for a late night walk back from Puerto Madero and I decided to catch this building at night time. I had made a series over a year ago on this bit of real estate and its many statues. This one can be in addition to that post.
