CELEBRATING MY 21ST BIRTHDAY IN ISLAND OF SIQUIJOR: COCO CROVE'S BEACH RESORT

What's up my dear guests! How's everyone doing today? Now we are at the last, first part 02 of the FATHER-DAUGHTER TRIP. Before I begin with my tale. I remembered one time, during my 18th, some of my same year age celebrated their debut with 18 roses, 18 candles, fine dining, etc. Mine was very simple. Without the kindness of my godmother for giving me two-in-one package of spaghetti (it already has a sauce). And my family tipping over to just cooked it and buy one loaf bread and two big soft drinks. I may will never feel birthday's can be special with or without grand celebration, as long as the people that treasured you give an effort to celebrate it, even in simplest form of celebration (now, I'm tearing).

My forever thank you and gratefulness for my Family, My Close Friends, My Parents, and The Love of My Life. To always been there for me, and to be with along me to celebrate my birthdays.

And for those who's down for not getting their expected celebration, do wonder that there will always be those some ones that loves you, that will do their own best ways to celebrate your special day.♡

Now, for those who don't know, my birthday is in August 25th, so if that day comes I'm gonna call it "BREEPICKLEDOODLE'S DAY" HAHAHA. Anyways, without any longer, I gave you my guests the taste of the Siquijor Island!

But before that HAHAHA, sorry again for hanging your excitements. We travel from Dumaguete Port to Siquijor Island for almost 1 and a half hour (depending of course of your sea transportation) ours, the resort that we booked in sent us and other guests the accommodation service, a yacht.

After we arrived, the COCO GROVE BEACH RESORT welcomed us with their heartwarming staffs and accommodated us with the service bus to the resort. The Beach resort has 3 gates, and we stayed at gate 3. I was fascinated of how wide the place is from gate 1 up to gate 3.

Now feast your eyes... The beauty of COCO GROVE's!

This is the entrance way for the reception area, and before that there is an event room beside the gateway when entering the premises.

And this is the pathway down to the restobar and cabins down by the beach. But before that you will pass across a pond of koi fishes and there's this house beside it. And maybe it is a room for overnight staying guests.

Afterwards, "Tuktuk" which they called for their racal motor, it take us to our staying room which is in gate 3. Gate 3 has all of it, reception hall, hotel rooms, pools, bars, restaurants, the beach, you can sea diving, game hall, kids playing area, yoga and exercise area, a lot of cabin rooms, and there are also house room if you are with your family.

Here's the reception area, this building has like a 3 storey, in the ground floor, it has the reception hall also a fine dining hall, and on the upper floors are the rooms alike from the hotel rooms.

Our room was just beside the pool, unfortunately, I don't have any picture of it. Next time I'll take one, hoping to go back in here someday.

Actually, in night time, COCO GROVE's also held a fine dining dinner here by the pool. And also there are singers that entertain the guests.

Gate 3, has many varieties of sights that you can visit or swim at. There's this pool below the beach area, it is excluded that surrounded by the big plants and trees. And it is definitely best way to swim or relax at during the night.

I haven't swim here, I was hooked on the beach and the pool beside our room. But one day, if we get the chance to go back in here, I surely will.

By the way folks, the part where we travel outside the COCO's, and also last peek to coco grove before leaving will be in another post. This blog will be about the resort, believe me folks, a day isn't enough for you to wander the gate 3 of COCO GROVE's. That's why I decided to do it in 2 parts of this PART 02.

Anyways, here are the foods that I ate, you can choose different cuisine depending on your taste, they are also available to other countries cuisine not just Filipino based foods.

I mean look at the view, your hunger will be feed, same as your eyes, and definitely your soul. Hayy, if I could just fly across the Negros Occidental and go back again to COCO GROVE's.

And this is my breakfast, mushroom-cheese omelet and hot cocoa. Papa, on the other hand, had a coffee along with his preferred breakfast menu.

During the day of my birthday, I was alone, Papa have a team-building to attend to. And so I have an alone time. I lay down by the beach in this big round chair. I filmed a video which is a message for myself, to strive hard in life so I can experience this and to get my family to experience this in my own earnings, and others are about self-reflection during pandemic days, manifestation in life, talking about my development throughout the years. Having this time alone, it healed me completely.

If you noticed a white lines on my feet, it was the caused of sun burn, which I'm wearing a rubber flipflops and got rashes after, and man... it was very itchy! To the point it healed like this.

I'm going to end my PART 02.1 in here. This is the part of the COCO GROVE's beach below to our room, I'm remembering the feeling of how the wind ripples into your skin. And I can stay all day in here, just reflecting while relaxing.

The next blog will be our tour around the Island. Actually we only visit few of tourist destination due to the reason of not having enough time or day or spare money HAHAHA...to visit all of them. We arrived at the resort in the afternoon of August 24th, last year. And we leave the Island in 26th, afternoon.
