Wow, seven hours seems like you got a lot out of your money! Roller coasters are a bit of a nope for me. I just can handle the motion sickness. I don't have that issue with riding in the car though.

Those spinning and stomach up ad down ones are a no no for me too. But a rollercoaster by itself is okay. I can't read in the car at all.
