I’m adding Mamaia Sat to my list! What a beautiful place!! The beach seems to be very clean as you mentioned and it’s great that is mostly sand, so you can easily walk. It’s great for the children because they can play and have a great time there with sand castles making.

I had no idea that Romania had beaches like this!
