Enjoying God's creation- The Mini Falls of Talisay City, Negros Occidental

Hello everyone, this is Miss Bei again and in this blog I will showcase my travel story when we went to a river that has a mini falls. Allow me to share with you the amazing happenings that was created by my cousins and I.

We went to Binuldosan Falls River, Cafe and a secret Eco Trail. Before we went there, my cousins told that we need to walk 100 steps going down before we reach the river. One of my cousin tried to warn me because he thought I cannot make it to the river since it would be challenging and tiring going down there and of course when going up when we return, then there is me who is always wants to explore new places. I ignored what he says and told myself, I CAN DO THIS. That is how I motivate myself in my trying times. As I was looking forward for a new place that I will be seeing, I did not let my intrusive thoughts win that I cannot go down by the river, instead I fight for my thoughts that it would be worth it if I see the falls of the river myself.

So this are what happened before we went to the falls;

To buy the food and that we need to bring we make 50 pesos "ambagan" which means we gather 50 pesos each of us so we can buy what we need before going to the river. One of my cousin took the responsibility to gather the money from us, then my two other cousins are responsible for the marketing since they are good at it.

My other cousins and I picked a papaya on our aunt's backyard. We also picked spinach because we are planning to cook mung bean green papaya and spinach soup. Unfortunately, I have not took photos of those during that time, so I am not able to show you.

Then, my two cousin have arrived, the bought dried fish and fresh fish, chips, and our other needs such as drinks. After that, we prepared the things that we needed to bring to the river.

We ride a motorcycle going to the river, it is really far from home. I can say that driving through the road is a challenging one, imagine driving in a rocky road.

When we arrived at the place, since it is at the mountain, I can see the other mountains near me. We need to really go slow down to be safe in going down on our way to the river. I never felt any pain in going down since I am really excited to see the mini falls. Actually, the way going there is challenging.

When we reached the river, all I can see is a green surrounding, since it is surrounded by trees. The water is a crystal-clear that flows through its way. You would really be excited to dive to the water once you see it. After we put our things, we decided to swim at the water, some of my cousins jump from the rocks through the water. We enjoyed swimming since the water is so refreshing. After that, we prepared our food, we cooked what we brought, while we are cooking we talked about the place and how peaceful it is, we also tells our jokes.

As we ate our lunch, something just reflects in my mind as I see my cousins, I just thought that it is really good when you are surrounded by those people who makes you happy and forget your problems for the mean time as well. I am lucky to have my cousins, the same vibes that we have shared to each other and of course the love thay they gave to me.

After we ate our lunch we explore the place, we went to the other mini falls and took pictures. And when the time that we are preparing on going home, we thank the staffs that took care of the river. Then we walk going up. Going up is also one of the hardest challenge, one of my cousin got cold sweat going up. I am thinking that I will be having pain in my body when we reach home, but luckily I haven't.

One of the realizations that I got from traveling to that river was;

To have trust in yourself that you can do everything. Also, take time to travel since you are still alive, because we never know what tomorrow will bring us.
