In fact Swan River there is not that clean. Mind you only 2M people live in Perth! How many do we have in Delhi? :)

I think there must be 5 crore people living in Delhi and not even one person tries to clean the Yamuna, on the contrary, after the puja, everyone is in a hurry to throw the puja material in the river.
Well, this issue has become linked to religion, so perhaps it is not succeeding
