Saludos Querida Comunidad!!!

Después de terminar mis actividades vacacionales con los niños decidí tomar unas vacaciones en mi estado natal, el estado Carabobo, Venezuela.

La naturaleza nos regala esos espacios de descanso y relajación que necesitamos. Les mostraré desde espacios que están dentro de nuestra propia ciudad y que guardan grandes tesoros, pasando por lugares terapéuticos que nos dan salud y bienestar. Y ese lugar que a todos nos encanta donde disfrutamos del sol y la arena, como es la playa.

Mi primera parada fue en la casa de mi hermano en el municipio de Naguanagua, muy cerca de su casa queda a un hermoso jardín botánico.

Pude disfrutar de la compañía de mis sobrinos, aquí con flores silvestres que crecen mucho en esta región.

Este árbol es llamado el Abuelo, es un árbol de samán de más de 500 años, bajo este árbol descansaron las tropas del Libertador Simón Bolívar, cuando se dirigían a la Batalla de Carabobo.

Otro lugar maravilloso situado en la carretera entre Valencia y Puerto Cabello son las aguas termales de Trinchera. Mi madre, a sus 75 años, las visita porque son medicinales y la ayudan a mantenerse en buena forma.

Este centro fue fundado en 1889. Estas aguas proceden de capas subterráneas de la tierra y alcanzan los 40º centígrados. Están consideradas las segundas mejores del mundo por su composición química y sus propiedades curativas. Ayudan a mejorar la circulación, eliminar toxinas, estas aguas son excelentes para afecciones reumáticas, musculoesqueléticas, digestivas, respiratorias, neurovegetativas, cutáneas, ginecológicas, antialérgicas y desintoxicantes.

El lugar cuenta con habitaciones para alojarse y disfrutar más tiempo en estas maravillosas aguas. Cuando era niña solía visitarlo con frecuencia ya que vivía cerca de la zona.

Y por fin llegué al lugar que más esperaba, "La playa", me sorprendió la cantidad de gente que visitaba ese día. Fui en una excursión organizada por un grupo de turismo que se dedica a organizar tours, hoy en día hay muchos grupos así, que se dedican a hacer viajes a lugares hermosos, en diferentes estados.

Alrededor de 4.000 personas estuvieron este día en la playa, uno de los balnearios más visitados de la zona de Puerto Cabello llamado Balneario "La Rosa".

Llegamos muy temprano y pudimos disfrutar del hermoso paisaje unas horas después del amanecer.

Con mis amigas que me acompañaron, entre ellas @aleuzco.

Y el personaje de la playa "El Salvavida", que lleva haciendo este servicio desde los 11 años y actualmente tiene 43 años, es decir, lleva 32 años haciendo su trabajo. Me dijo que lleva más de 300 rescates y resucitados, aproximadamente más de 90 personas. Mientras estábamos allí, se habían perdido unos 16 niños y él pudo entregarlos a sus familias. Le felicité por su trabajo, es bonito conocer a gente que ha dedicado su vida a salvar vidas.

La naturaleza nos conecta, nos limpia, nos armoniza, cuando vi las gaviotas me acordé de uno de los primeros libros que leí, "Juan Salvador Gaviota" y busqué una de las frases que me gustó: "No creas lo que te dicen tus ojos. Todo lo que muestran son limitaciones. Mira con tu entendimiento, encuentra lo que ya sabes y verás el camino para volar".

Y con esto termino mi post, con alegría y agradecimiento por haber podido disfrutar de estos días de vacaciones y haber podido compartirlo con toda mi comunidad de HIVE.

After finishing my vacation activities with the kids I decided to take a vacation in my home state, Carabobo State, Venezuela.

Nature gives us those spaces of relaxation that we need. I will show you from spaces that are within our city and that keep great treasures, through therapeutic places that give us health and wellness. And that place that we all love where we enjoy the sun and sand as it is the beach.

My first stop was at my brother's house in the municipality of Naguanagua, very close to his house that overlooks a beautiful botanical garden.

I was able to enjoy the company of my nephews, here with wildflowers that grow a lot in this region.

This tree is called "Grandfather", it is a saman tree more than 500 years old, under this tree rested the troops of the Liberator Simón Bolívar, when they were on their way to the Battle of Carabobo.

Another wonderful place located on the road between Valencia and Puerto Cabello is the thermal waters of Trinchera. My mother, at 75 years old, visits them because they are medicinal and help keep her in good shape.

This center was founded in 1889. These waters come from subway layers of the earth and reach 40º centigrades. They are considered the second-best in the world for their chemical composition and curative properties. They help to improve circulation, eliminate toxins, these waters are excellent for rheumatic, musculoskeletal, digestive, respiratory, neurovegetative, skin, gynecological, anti-allergic, and detoxifying conditions.

The place has rooms to stay and enjoy more time in these wonderful waters. When I was a child I used to visit it frequently since I lived near the area.

And finally I arrived at the place I was most looking forward to, "The beach", I was surprised by the amount of people visiting that day. I went on an excursion organized by a tourism group that is dedicated to organize tours, nowadays there are many groups like this that are dedicated to make trips to beautiful places in different states.

About 4.000 people were at the beach this day, one of the most visited beach resorts in the Puerto Cabello area called Balneario "La Rosa".

We arrived very early and were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery a few hours after sunrise.
