I would add to the list: insecure backups.

A thief who steals your back up files gets all of your important information. You need to be sure that your backup is both safe and encrypted.

One needs to have a remote back up. Let's say that there is a fire, or robbery. It is likely that both your original datastore and back up are affect; so your back up should be on a remote encrypted drive.

Of course the final problem comes with forgetting the key used on the remote secure drive.
