Like the title says, I'm an experience FSE. I work primarily with chromatography equipment and have worked for PerkinElmer and Agilent. Been doing this for over 20 years and finally started my own company.
I'm looking to add value to the community by posting troubleshooting topics and also directly interacting with anyone that needs assistance troubleshooting, or just wants advice.
I wear many hats, as I have a background in photography, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, cars, and more.
I'd love to connect with anyone else that can relate to what I have written here. Thanks in advance for reading my first post!

Ah! FSEs.
They are the lifesavers in the labs. At my work, we work closely with BD engineers.
Thank you! We do our best.
A lot of times, we are limited by company policy, but always want to do more.
