This seems like a rights issue to me. The user you are running the script with doesn't have the right to modify the file?

It's the first idea I can come up with :)

Anyway, the real experts are reachable in Discord. Do you have access to the Discord server Engine, channel Witnesses?

If not, what's your Discord name so I can invite you...

Reinstalled (everything) and without errors I'm 30K blocks away.
