1. Publish a post directly in a community and your blog
A small change to the Publish page to allow users to easily publish a post both in a community and in their blog.
When you select this option your post will be published to the specified community and automatically reblogged to appear in your blog.
2. Send tips with (some) Hive Engine tokens
It's now possible to send tips using the following Hive Engine tokens:
- SWAP.BTC
- SWAP.LTC
- SWAP.DOGE
To have this option you need to enable the feature in the Wallet page and have some tokens available:
Again ,thanks to @cardboard for his help on this update and for providing an API to track the tips.
3. View USD amount when sending a tip
When sending a tip you can now check the USD amount of the specified amount. This should work both for HIVE/HBD tips and SWAP tokens:

You can now view all the tips on a post/comment in a popup similar to what is available for votes:
5. New option for Dark Mode
You can configure PeakD to follow your device preference for Dark Mode. The new option is available in your Settings page: https://peakd.com/me/settings.
6. Add dCity.io in the Wallet
You can now check if an account is an active dCity player in the Wallet page.
7. Some minor bug fixes and minor improvements

Technically it's not simultaneous. You are posting the post to a community. Then 3-6 seconds later you do a transaction to reblog that community post onto your blog.

Part about tips with Hive-engine tokens is unclear - can I send tips with these three or all but these three? Tested with DEC so I guess its these 3, but some rewording for clarification would be nice.
Other parts are nice minor improvements, great job continuously making peakd even better!
Tips only available for these 3 tokens for now since they are un-owned tokens that have a solid known value.

Great updates guys. The nodes still seem a bit unstable I keep having to change. Anybody know what’s up?
Our hope is that they slowly get more stable as the operators learn how to finesse them better. And eventually there are more tools to monitor or auto-switch nodes. Those are hopes but i think we'll see much of that stuff sooner than later.
That’s good to hear. It’s not a big deal to switch, but for mass adoption we need everything as stable as possible.
I like the darkmode, saves some juices, and it seems pleasing to the eye.

I love the new feature to post into a community, and simultaneously post it onto one's own blog. Normally, it's easy enough to do it manually, but it's the small changes like this that makes a difference.

I just went on Steemit to transfer some Steem into Hive, and I notice that they display the HP of the user beside the number of followers and following people in addition to the reputation, the HP and max voting power is interesting.
They also display a rank I guess based on the SP and / or reputation, that an interesting competing aspect to see your rank, some gamification around it could be nice.
Trending tag still works in the URL, but it's hard to find in the UI, having trending communities is good, but I would also put trending tags in a dedicated box on the main page of a user as not everyone is posting in the communities and finding information by tags makes sense.

However, I wanted to schedule a post in a community and have it post on my blog, but that's not yet possible, sadly. For me (with a memory that's not always perfect) it's even more important to be able to do the auto-share-to-my-blog thing for the scheduled posts. Is this something that will be possible in the future?

By the way, those SWAP tokens are basically BTC, LTC and DOGE running on Hive-Engine. In other words you can now get paid for blogging on HIVE in Bitcoin, Litecoin and Doge :) You can then withdraw them to your wallet or straight to exchange to cash them out.

I would like to know if there will be a translation into other languages? I'm more interested in translating into Russian or Ukrainian. I waited a long time for a translation to steempeak, but maybe on peakd this will happen. I try to show my friends that you can go to other social networks, but when people see that there is no Russian language, they leave.
Will we someday have an iOS/Android app ? This would make the experience so much better for every life situations (like in the train for example or even in the toilets why not 😅)
Hey guys, @peakd, @asgarth, I observe an issue today, when I login with hive keychain I am instantly thrown (logged out) of peakd.com. No problems on hive.blog, so nothing to do with my account and I've tried it with Brave and Firefox browsers, it's all the same. Thanks in advance for checking that out.

You can try changing the node via link, e.g. https://peakd.com/?node=api.hive.blog
There seems to be an issue with some of the nodes.

Hm, actually it seems I'm not able to save api.hive.blog as the default node so when I close the browser and return, I face the same issue again... I'll have to report that :)
