I like this question and answer game like here on Quello/Hive. At Quora.com I write German, in my mother tongue. To phrase correctly in English I use deepl.com.

It depends. While the majority of the community here speaks and best understands English, I don't see a reason why you shouldn't include both in one post!
I have been learning German for the past few years. It is a cool language :) I usually use English online since its my first language and most people online use English
At the moment, Quello is more focussed on English questions and answers (from a UI and functionality perspective), however with that said, there is no reason why you can't post in German if you'd prefer. In the future, we'll be looking at how we can cater to different languages more easily, both how you post and find questions on Quello.
Ask yourself? Will my thoughts and knowledge reach more people if I answer in English or in German?
In my opinion, you should use the English language. After all, nobody would want to load an online automatic translator (such as Google Translate) just to understand what you were saying. Besides, people would appreciate you if English is not your first language yet to try to use it so that they could understand you.
