I'm a computer repair technician, and I say with 100% confidence that the answer is basic computer repair.

By this, I mean at the very least googling an error code.

I can't even begin to tell you how many people come in to the shop after days of their only computer not working, only for me to have it fixed in under five minutes by pressing a couple keys or whatnot that they could've figured out how to do on google.
