The first thing I want to do is to congratulate you for the poem because it is a tender and beautiful way of expressing through poetry what those first steps in the life of our children mean, to see them work to get to us, but a necessary work because it will teach them to reach their destination on their own.
Thank you for sharing it and I suggest you keep it and teach it to him for when the child grows up because, later that process is the other way around and, it is he who will help you walk, when he is an older adult.

Not a child of mine walking. A friend just had his first baby and I think about when he's ready to move around. I have a great-granddaughter that is already walking.
Dominoes (Moon) is my favorite. I have to teach people here in the Philippines to play it because most don't seem to have a clue.
