My first post here didn’t get as much engagement as I’d have hoped,I got one or two good comments then the regular generic ones, almost no upvotes as well, which is something I found is a common denominator with most of the posts on here. I’m down for supporting one another, and I think the two comments for one post is actually a really great rule. I think it’s important for us to engage, (not just because it’s a rule but because it’s important to our growth) it would be a great way to encourage new people to stay, and post more on here.
Another thing I love is the curation and compiling of poems written, it’s something I haven’t seen as much of in other communities (then again I’m relatively new).

And I very much thank you for your first post and joining us here @mavido. As our community grows, engagement should increase. You're right, it is a common problem on Hive, but at least for this community, I am hoping we can push past this particular growing pain. Let's all do our part by commenting and encouraging as we have time.
