RE: NightLight

Hello @zakyj! This is @chillwithshanna from @ocd (Original Content Decentralized) team. We saw that you already posted your first blog here in Hive! Congratulations and welcome!

Here in Hive, we would love to get to know the new users well so the best way to start your journey here is to make an awesome introduction post. You can choose on whatever information you would like to share and be creative as you want to be. You may also want to share in your introduction post how you learned about HIVE or tag who introduced you so we can thank them! This will help other Hivers get to know you and be comfortable supporting your works here.

Check out and subscribe to these Communities you like and share your blogs there to have a wider range of audience. Or you can check out the Communities Incubation Program. Communities gets you connected to other hivers who share the same interests as well.

Also, letting you know since content on the Hive platform is monetized, using other people’s ideas or images could be considered as an offense and which is also viewed in a serious light on the blockchain. Here is a useful collection of resources about how plagiarism and abuse is viewed and handled on Hive.

If you are looking for tips and information as a Hive newbie, click here: Newbie guide. If you have questions, you can hop into Discord server and we'll gladly answer your questions. Feel free to tag @lovesniper @chillwithshanna once you have made your awesome introduction post! Happy blogging!

It took me 3 days and some change to respond to this because of post restrictions. Not a good first impression of the platform. First day as a user. 3 posts later I can't do anything else. People comment and respond to my initial post. I wait one day to respond and can only get to one of them. I thought I would at least have 3 more...I was wrong. For UX this is an absolute grind to get enough from posting and if people actually interact with your post you have to wait 24hrs to get back to them. With the ability of only one post a day I don't see how I could engage with people properly to organically build.

TLDR: Takes as long as mail to communicate on this platform for new users.
