Now onto this week's business...
This week's prompt is: Labor
- Productive activity, especially for the sake of economic gain.
- The body of persons engaged in such activity, especially those working for wages.
- The process a female mammal goes through while giving birth.
In the US, we are taking the day to celebrate Labor, and we get a nice three day weekend to boot! I don't know if you observe this custom where you live. Regardless, it's always a good idea to take a minute or two and appreciate the effort made by countless millions of people that work day in and day out, to make the world go round.
Also.. let us not forget all the Mothers out there, that have gone through or are going through labor, making sure that the species continues on. That is a J.O.B. that never expires, with hardly a day off.. like ever! 😌
In either case, let us this week show some appreciation for all those that labor to make life livable.
Write about your own labor, or that of others. If you think your job sucks or you absolutely love it.. let us know all about it! Or feel free to show your Mom some love, I am sure she won't mind. 😀
Let your keyboard or quill, pen or pencil.. crayon.. or whatever you like to express yourself with, do the talking. Put down some killer lines of poetry, and share your awesome works with the community and the world.
