Whose heart this is I think I know
For in its warmth my own does glow
He may not see me pausing here
To watch his love’s soft light bestow.
My heart must find it strange I fear
To linger without him near
Between our dreams and the twilight's gleam
The quiet of this love so clear.
He stirs my soul with tender grace
To ponder if this love’s misplaced
The only other sound is sweet
The gentle echo of our heartbeat.
His love is deep, serene and true
But I have vows to cherish too
And days to spend in love’s embrace
And nights to dream of his sweet grace.

Reading this piece makes me understand how much you cherish that creature that makes your cheeks lose its steeze.
We all have that one person, who catches our breath away.
Nice one here
The way you describe the bittersweetness of fading love is both poignant and relatable, reminding us that even as it changes or fades, it still holds deep significance.
Nicely done, Keep up the good work!
