To a place of no return?
If they do, then why have they not asked?
Why have they not listened or cared to know how I'm feeling?
Why can't they embrace me and tell me "Everything will be okay"?
Do they really care?
Or am I just an Island,
In the middle of an ocean,
Where the boats don't dock,
And the birds don't nest...

So true,this is the sad reality of man kind. No one really cares to know the story behind a fake smile. The whole world is in denial.
Nice writing, such great emotions in few words.
Very cool poem friend, but it is very sad at the same time, sometimes we need support and encouragement to not collapse inside, but well go ahead friend and cheer bro that bad times are not forever, thanks for sharing.
