In the depths of the forest, a lone wolf howled mournfully. Its mate had been shot by hunters, leaving the wolf to wander alone. One night, it heard a faint howl in the distance. Following the sound, the wolf found a young pup. It had a new purpose in life.
Nice story, somehow in life we will always find a new companion, but nevertheless, it can never replace the dejected companion.
New companions can't replace those we've lost. They hold a special place in our hearts and remain cherished memories
