Are you sad at the moment?
Looking around, there are many things that make us sad.
The economic reality that shows no signs of improvement is sad.
Uncertainty about the future makes me anxious and sad.
It makes us sad that we are not in good health.
But are you going to spend the day with sad thoughts?
We need an infusion of joy.
Our feelings influence and receive others.
The influence of someone's emotions on others is called empathy, transfer or dissemination of emotions.
Not only the cold virus spreads, but also the state of the mind spreads, spreads, and spreads.
However, human beings are more easily transmitted to feelings of sadness than joy, depression rather than pleasure, and unhappiness rather than happiness.
It's easier to cry than to laugh, and it's easier to make someone angry than to make them laugh.
Happy and happy emotions are gained only by trying and trying, while sad and depressed emotions often capture me.
Shameful memories and regrets of the untouchable past, dissatisfaction and lack of unfulfilled things,

The ancient philosopher Epictetus told us to distinguish between 'what does not belong to us' and 'what belongs to us' among those that exist.
The former is already determined regardless of our own actions, such as our bodies, communities, and status.
The latter are things we do ourselves, such as belief, action, and emotion.
In the latter realm, true individual freedom and will can work.
In fact, when I think about it, my worries and regrets about things that I have not been able to do, and my concerns and complaints about things that I have been able to do are all my choices.
I can choose joy instead of sadness.
It is entirely a matter of my freedom.
Then if you put down "things that don't belong to me" and focus on "things that don't belong to me,"
If I think more about "things that please us" rather than "things that make us sad", more than half of my sadness and worries will disappear on their own and a cooler world will unfold.
There is a proverb in our country that says, "Sharing joy doubles and sadness halves."
Now we inject joy into our hearts rather than sadness.
Let's choose with my strong will. Joy over sadness

You are so right! If we continue dwelling on the things that make us sad, throughout life, we can never be happy. It is better we actually think of things that will make us happy, you know, infuse joy. We have to force ourselves to be happy by infusing joy into those things that will make us really, really happy.
