Prevalence of failure. Failure. What is failure, let alone a prevalence of it? Is it a failure to try something and not be good at it? Of course not. We tell Lochlan failure is good, it means you're learning something. Everyone fails. Failure is good. Trying and failing is learning. So prevalence of failure is a lot of learning.

The dog is turning in circles. The dog is standing. The dog is looking out of his kennel when all I want him to do is lie down and go to sleep. I want every living being in the house besides myself to be asleep. It's the closest thing to being alone. I I I I I I I I I was thinking of going for a hike alone, taking a "me day," going back to those waterfalls and actually making it to the falls, walking along the running water, standing in the water, maybe seeing a frog.

I don't remember mosquitoes bothering me much in my childhood, but I bet they did. I bet they did. I spent a lot of time outdoors.

I loved living in Virginia and I kind of wish I could go back and live there a couple years more. I feel like some of the nearby beauty was wasted on my lack of knowledge about it, even though I was in the hiking 4-H club. I want to go back and hike there more, explore more. I think
