I am alive and breathing: How beautiful it is to even exist

I am alive and breathing. These are the words that I hold onto. I am so busy and cannot sit down and write something meaningful. However, this post is a shout into the void (read: internet) to just remind myself of these words: I am alive and breathing. I am reminded of a song with lyrics in line of: how beautiful it is that we even exist. And I think this is so true. Our existence is so beautiful and almost absurd (in a positive note). So, I hope that if you are feeling down and read this that you see the beauty in you breathing and existing. But again, this is more a reminder for myself. I hope you stay safe and keep on breathing.
