Have you ever wondered what the age should be to start working, because there are millions of true stories where many say that they even started as children, very unclear why a child should not work, according to the laws and rights. However, when we assign small tasks to our children at home according to their age, we tell them that they are responsibilities, this has different connotations because when they are older when they have their first paid jobs it is about something they learned with their parents.

There are many activities that are learned at home, such as washing the car, taking out the garbage, mowing the lawn, taking care of the garden or taking care of a pet, cooking, washing and all the cleaning of the home, in addition some learn about the job of dad or mom to which they dedicate themselves. Definitely, it is a great learning that from now on is put into practice in part-time or informal jobs.

I say this because my daughter's concern about what we call work made me curious, because she realized that everything that mom, dad and the children do at home is unpaid and she repeatedly hears that moms are tired because they have a lot of work at home and nobody pays them. She is quite right in her question, they are not paid for everything they do and it is even stronger when they work at home and on the street as well.

Definitely, I explained to him that if there are people who earn money for doing all the cleaning at home, but by schedule and that is their job, on the other hand, the mothers have that responsibility in their lives and that is why they divide the work with all the members home so that she is not so tired and everything is fairer.

All jobs must be honored, recognized and paid fairly and equitably. Today May 1st stands out once again and internationally commemorates all the men and women who carry out work responsibly every day.
