Maybe for some of you have been in a situation where you cant get in your car but the keys are inside the car. Something similar happened to me.
I recently bought a new padlock for a garage door because the old one no longer worked as it should. This time I chose not the usual padlock but a key that requires a 4-digit combination to unlock it. Although I don't really trust this type of key, I decided to try it and it's safer when the garage door is locked right?
So, when I returned from the store with the key, I installed a 4-digit code, which I wrote down on a piece of paper so as not to forget, because I didn't want to set a code that someone can just guess, for example, my birthday or something like that.
So I keep this paper with a code in my wallet so I don't forget. Surely it may seem what so hard to remember a 4 digit code? Surely it may seem that there's a hard time remembering a 4 digit code? But right now I have a lot more to consider such as the proportions of the minerals on the grain fields. And with many other numbers, all these numbers are starting to confuse me for a while.
So one day before going to work, I went into the garage to pick up a cold pressure washer. I checked if I have a fuel card in my wallet and at that moment I received a call from a colleague. During the whole phone call, I somehow did not fix that I did not put the wallet back in my pocket or car, but put it on the table in the garage. So, after a phone call, I left the garage and locked the door, and went to work. Everything would be fine but the more interesting part starts now. After lunch, I went to see one of our grain fields, on the way I entered the gas station, and only at the checkout, I find that the fuel card was in a wallet and the wallet remained on the table in the garage. For my luck right next to me was a colleague from whom I borrowed money and got fuel. After finishing my daily work I went home.
And here begins the second more interesting part. When entering the yard, I usually park my car in the garage. But the situation is such that the garage is locked, paper with a key code is in the wallet, and a wallet is in the locked garage on the table. And what to do now?
With all the numbers and calculations both at home and at work, I remember the key numbers but what was the correct order? In the end, everything was fine after about 2 hours of thinking and infinite attempts to unlock the key I manage to unlock the key. Maybe I needed to buy a regular standard padlock? It would have made life easier for me. But if I had bought an ordinary key, at this point there would be no more interesting story that I can share with you. 😂
Maybe something like this happened in your life? You can safely share it in the comments section.
