I guess it has happened again. My sister and I had plans to go fishing tomorrow, I was looking forward to it. I would run the boat and try to bait the hooks and she would reel in the fish, it was a good plan. She wants to go fishing and even though I can't fish I wanted to go on the river. I would remunerate (her) properly! I know she could use the money. When someone goes on a commercial fisherman's boat they get a third of the pay, the captain gets a third and the boat gets a third, but I was going to give her half the money, half because I will pay for the fuel.
She was supposed to come over today and help me get my boat ready and go with me to get ice from the fish house. I tried calling her and sent two text messages. Now that it is storming outside so I can not do anything, she calls and says she went to see her son who is 2 hours away, she was just leaving there and she had to go another hour away to someone's house because she borrowed their car to go see him and need to return it. She never mentioned us going fishing tomorrow.
When we made this plan she set a reminder on her phone, she told me this. I do not know why she has said nothing about it and now it is too late to do anything so I do not want to mention it. I just feel let down.
