People are doing their best in farming thanks to the economic situation. They continue to do what's best for their families. Rice is one of the most expensive and beloved foods for most Nigerian families. That's why they decided to go into farming so that food is available and affordable for their children. Children especially appreciate rice because it's easier for them to bring it to school than other people's rice. I remember when I was a child, if we cooked rice at home, I would tell everyone. Rice becomes a very special and expensive product. Every family encourages each other to grow rice rather than buy it.

Rice farming is not an easy task. I see people practicing it and I respect them greatly because, despite all their efforts, they need to water, especially when it doesn't rain. They draw water from the stream for the rice field because the rice field needs sufficient water. I'm not a farmer, but I saw people doing it the other day, and it wasn't easy. I understand now why rice is so expensive at the market lolz, but rice farmers, you should slow down a little, because some of us, who aren't very good at farming, don't have the money to buy rice lolz.
