Pending Invitation

We do make plans, different plans at different times, some get executed and some get lost with time. Very few stay on our pending list for a long long time until it gets executed. Maybe we don't get enough scope to fulfill nor do we want to let it get lost, so we just keep extending its validity. How many plans did you get on that list? Hehe.

One of my closest friends invited me to her University, her uni is one of my favorite places I have visited so far. Well, her invitation is two years old and keeps getting renewed month after month, not getting enough time and opportunity to grab that invitation and finally get some peace.

After that Covid everything started at its fullest, we all got busy, pending works kept coming our way one after another. Sometimes it's me who is free but my friend is having a tough time, on another date I am not available to grab that invitation. Once it was so close that everything was ready to be executed, I planned with another common friend of ours, and at the last moment his varsity gave him some surprise exams that caused him to cancel my company and I didn’t make that journey alone after planning everything together.

Just a month ago, my friend renewed that invitation again and I got an internship, another hindrance, hehe. Just a couple of days ago I got my freedom from that and now my friend is having exams, isn’t it amazing? Most surprisingly, my friend's exams are going to be finished on 25th October and mine is going to start on that exact date, can you believe it? WTF!! We are just speechless, on a phone call we kept laughing on and on, maybe something is there which doesn't want this invitation to be executed.

So what's the next invitation execution plan? Maybe next month, after my exams, hopefully I should have a gap before another wave of exams. We will keep planning, who knows when it gets executed. The next two months are the ideal time to visit there, winter is coming, and it always brings us a different vibe compared to the whole year, everything seems so different.

There are many plans I am aiming for, as mentioned in the beginning, that list keeps changing every now and then, maybe I will have a couple of plans executed before this one but today or tomorrow this one will be put into action, it is a must one, till that day it's not gonna be lost from my pending list. After all, it's an invitation to one of my favorite places from one of my closest people. How can I leave such an appealing combo? Let's see how long it takes.
