I have been working in a new company for less than two weeks now, after sending my resume and waiting almost a month to receive a call from the company. They gave me an appointment for the interview and I am not going to lie I was very nervous, but I was able to control the situation, even though I am a very nervous person. After the interview a week passed and I received another call where I was accepted and the day I would start working.

The first week I was gathering some information about the company, what it did before it became what it is now and everything related to it. Researching a little more about the company I could see that it was first dedicated to an activity, but the first years it did well, although then it went into debacle for less than a few months, all due to a capital flight by the former manager of the company, which today is paying years in prison.

The company did not have the capacity to recover, or rather raise the company again, so they declared bankruptcy and after a while the same owners of the old company decided to create a new one, but dedicated to another economic activity different from the previous one. In this new stage of the company I have seen in the two years that they have a hit list of quite large and incredible where in almost everything they have proposed more than 90% have succeeded, and the other 10% in blunders, but despite everything they have continued.

What I like about this company is that they work with a weekly and a monthly list, where they write down objectives to do, sometimes they choose certain employees to do jobs where they are very good and not only that, but they also put a list of rewards to the workers where they decide what they want, if they do it in the stipulated time they get a reward, and if they do it in less time the reward increases considerably, in this way they have been able to get along and it is working for them.

Tengo ya menos de dos semanas trabajando en una nueva empresa, luego de haber enviado el currículo y esperar casi un mes para recibir una llamada por parte de la empresa. Me dieron una cita para la entrevista y no les voy a mentir estaba muy nervioso, pero pude controlar la situación, aunque sea una persona muy nerviosa. Después de la entrevista paso una semana y volví a recibir otra llamada donde me aceptaban y el día en el que comenzaría a trabajar.

La primera semana estuve recogiendo un poco de información de la empresa lo que se dedicaba, lo que hacía antes de ser lo que es ahora y todo lo relacionado. Investigando un poco más acerca de la empresa pude ver que primero se dedicó a una actividad, pero los primeros años le fue bien, aunque después se fue en debacle por menos de unos meses, todo debido a una fuga de capitales por el antiguo gerente de la empresa, el cual hoy en día está pagando años de prisión.

La empresa no tuvo la capacidad para recuperar, o mejor dicho levantar nuevamente la empresa, por eso se declararon en quiebra y luego de un tiempo los mismos dueños de la antigua empresa decidieron crear una nueva, pero dedicado a otra actividad económica diferente con la anterior. En esta nueva etapa de la empresa he visto en los dos años que llevan una lista de aciertos bastante grande e increíble donde en casi todo lo que se han propuesto más del 90% han acertado, y el otro 10% en desaciertos, pero a pesar de todo han seguido.

Lo que me gusta de esta empresa es que trabajan con una lista semanal y una mensual, donde apuntan objetivos para hacer, en ocasiones escogen a ciertos empleados para realizar trabajos donde ellos son muy buenos y no solo eso, sino que también le colocan una lista de recompensas a los trabajadores donde ellos deciden que quieren, si lo cumplen en el tiempo estipulado se llevan una recompensa, y si lo hacen en menor tiempo la recompensa aumenta considerablemente, de esta manera se han sabido llevar y les esta funcionando.
