This is my first time in this community. I decided to come here and ask other Free writers to help me audit my first Copy,Do you think you can take a minute to constructively Criticize it? It’ll mean a lot to me.

Imagine you received this Copy in your mail trying to sell a Fitness Plan,would you click the buy button?

Today I woke up to my sisters jumping around the house and while I was still trying to boot from sleep, I stood there in my old night wear wondering

“Why are they jumping at this time of the morning for god’s sake?”

Oh!!! They are exercising!!!
We had agreed at the beginning of this year that we were going to start taking our health and body goals seriously, So, I was supposed to join them in that exercise. Apparently, the good sleep had clouded my mind for the first few minutes after I woke up, which was why I was wondering why they were jumping.

I rushed in, got ready and joined them in a 30minutes effective workout session that made me feel great.
Have you heard the saying “Health is Wealth “?
Yes! It is
Imagine having all the money you could ever ask for and you don’t have good health to enjoy it, what a waste, right? NO ONE DESERVES THAT.
Research has it that Exercising helps both body and mind. From experience, I can boldly say
“If you don’t have a workout routine, you are not feeding your health some goodness”
