Madame Joyce's dream came true...to see her granddaughter graduate from college. Parents have wishes for their children. Some wishes are able to see through to fruition. Others may not. The fact that Madame Joyce's only son wasn't able to graduate didn't mean she wasn't proud of him. He made his way to success. But her dream of a university graduation never ceased.

I was happy to hear that Madame Joyce finally got her wish through her granddaughter. She kept the faith that it would happen, and she rejoiced and celebrated the event. The amount of time and money spent didn't matter. She was happy.
