"shhhhhh", she exclaimed putting a finger on her lips motioning me to keep it low, just as how you'd tell a child to keep quiet.
"Why are you not doing anything" I asked "He is obviously the one, and look at the raggedy girl he's with"
I heard myself say as Bisi and I sat in the car watching as the man who professed his love just an hour ago in her house stood by the gate of another woman's apartment in a very dirty neighborhood.
"I gave him everything, respect, love, TLC and even my money", she sighed.
"Probably, not everything can be bought with money" she said as we drove off, splashing water on both of them.
It wasn't until 10 minutes into our departure, her phone rang. It was him, it was Dare.
"Why is the idiot calling you?" I said in anger.
She picked hesitantly and put the call on speaker.
"Hi baby, why did you splash water on my sister and I? I saw your plate number"
I looked at Bisi and she looked back at me.
Apparently, I had delivered to her a wrong information.
