I arrived in hell smelling of formaldehyde, carrying my sins.
The Devil rejected me, there was no place for another sinner.
Helpless, I wandered aimlessly in the eternal gloom.
Time was meaningless, my flesh longed to decay.
Loneliness gripped me with invisible claws.
In a last effort, I clung to my best memories: my mother's face.
Determined to purify myself, I set fire to my body with my own trembling hands.
The flames danced consuming my sins.
When the last vestige turned to ashes, I scattered them to the wind with a last sigh.
My wandering essence vanished on the breeze, freed at last from earthly bonds.
Perhaps then, I would find the redemption I longed for.
